Mentor is a new way to prepare for sales meetings. It’s an alternative to traditional CRM notes and search engines, where you can directly pose your questions and receive concise, accurate answers from your customer’s digital twin.

Mentor has a conversational interface, contextual awareness and personalization to learn about you, your company and your products over time. Mentor makes preparing for sales meetings feel like you have the customer actually guiding you. It is a powerful productivity and knowledge tool that can help you save time and energy with the mundane task of preparing for sales meetings.

Mentor searches the websites and datasets where customers leave data trails, around 200 different sites are searched, and the content captured and analyzed. With the help of our advanced answer engine, Mentor then processes your questions and tasks. It then uses predictive text capabilities to generate useful responses as if from the customer.

Three simple steps:

  1. Import your profile and company profile from LinkedIn. Mentor will then understand who you and your company are, allowing it to start learning about you.
  2. Create a customer twin by identifying their LinkedIn profile. Mentor will now know exactly who you want to prepare to meet and will intelligently search for and compile relevant reports.
  3. Engage your customer twin in conversation to ask anything you want.

Mentor is like having a conversation with a customer before you’ve ever met them. Mentor can quickly find and summarize information for you from all over the internet. When you ask a question, instead of a chunk of text in a CRM or a list of links to sort through from a search engine, Mentor uses advanced artificial intelligence to understand exactly what you’re asking and gives you the answer from the customer’s perspective.

Mentor searches through numerous web pages, databases, and articles to extract the most relevant information for you about your customer. But here’s the really cool part: Mentor puts all that information together into a clear, concise answer as if the customer is having a conversation with you.

For example, if you ask, “What are your challenges?” Mentor has already scanned their website, their competitors’ websites, customer reviews, analyst reviews, social media accounts, etc., and compiled over 20 reports, including Tech Stack, SWOT, Value Chain, Financial Analysis, and more, even citing the sources used. The answer to your question can either be read in the reports or answered in conversation by your customer twin. Engaging directly with the customer twin saves you even more time because you just ask the questions you need answers to.
